Hello World...

October 15, 2009

OK, Well mabey not hello world but hello to anyone who cares enough to take time out of their day to read any of this. Recently I have become addicted with all things blog. I have found nine blogs that I literally check several times a day. I don't know what it is that I find so interesteing about these strangers (half of whom do not even use their real names) but it is there. I think it is so interesting stepping into another persons shoes, even if just for a minute. So... I have decided to create my own blog.

Let me introduce myself... My name is Tonya. I am 26 years old. I am currently engaged to be married to a wonderful man named Scott. He is 39. I have four super cute children from a previous marraige. I do not plan to use their real names for safety purposes (this should be the only thing I ever keep from you). Anyways, back to the kiddos. Babybear is 7 (but VERY close to 8), Boobah is 6, Cookie is 4 (but also has a birthday in just a couple of days), and Meehaw is 3. Scott and I also just had a baby this July and we call her all things McPhee... Fatty McPhee, Poopy McPhee, Stinky McPhee, you get the idea I'm sure. All these children absolutely make for one of the cutest families ever. We live in a small town of Colorado (but hopefully not for long), the small town part not Colorado. I love living in Colorado. I am a stay at home mom who is currently putting a lot of energy into nursing this three month old baby and just maintaining the household... you know clean underwear and socks for everyone and mabey but only mabey a hot meal once in a while. Oh and let me make one thing clear... I am no Martha Stewart. I enjoy trying new things and ideas to help in the household but I can barely cook, can't sew a stich, and HATE to clean. Be forwarned I do have a bit of a temper and mouth... I do say and type things that one really should not, and I am a lot more honest than most are used to... but this is who I am. I have a lot of fun day to day. Life is hard but worth it.
